We currently ship in the EU. Post and Packing is free for orders from Spain and Portugal from 25€.

We aim to deliver in two to three working days and no longer than seven days by our partners Correos (We might change to another provider from time to time) addresses within the Spain and Portugal. Deliveries to other EU countries might take up to fourteen days.

Orders are processed for delivery on working days only ( Monday to Friday 9 am – 4pm excluding Spain Bank Holidays

Proof of delivery is only obtained under some circumstances.

Actual delivery times can vary based on your location, and circumstances impacting delivery that are out of our control (including public holidays and force majeure scenarios). 

You will not hold us liable for any delays that are out of our control.

Products that haven't been used

You can return any item in its original condition for a refund within 14 days of delivery.

Please bear in mind that we will only accept returns from unused items and the delivery box must be unsealed.

Please contact our Customer Service team at, and we’ll let you know what to do. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us in this case. 

If you’re not satisfied with the products you receive from and wish to return any product you bought on our website please use the following steps:

  • Email us at from the email address associated with your customer account. Please include details of the product that you wish to return and your reason for returning the product. Please do this within 7 working days of receipt of the product from us.
  • If we require the products to be returned to us, we will communicate this to you. Please take reasonable care of the products whilst they are in your possession prior to any return. The delivery box must remain unopen. We will inspect the products upon their arrival back to us.
  • We may request further information from you regarding the product’s return.
  • If a fault is agreed on our part, and/or refund agreed, we will aim to refund you within 10 business days. The refund will cover the cost of the products being returned.
  • Return cost of unwanted products will not be covered.

For deliveries which have subsequently been returned to us due to either:

  • Non-collection from the post office
  • Customer delivery address entered incorrectly

The delivery can be refunded or resent, however if the first delivery was free a 5€ contribution towards re-postage will need to be charged.

Bear in mind

  • Refunds will only be returned to the original credit/debit card used
  • If you request a refund and do not return the items within 14 days after it is agreed, we won’t be able to do the refund.

Partial refunds are not accepted. If you bought any of our packs, the refund must be for the full pack.

Damaged, faulty or the wrong deliveries

Unfortunately anything is perfect. If you receive any WeTKare damaged or faulty, or you’ve received the wrong order, we will of course exchange the items or offer you a refund. And we’ll apologize.

Please keep the package and the damaged items, so we can see what’s gone wrong.

We may ask you to return the items to us. If this is the case we will pay for the return delivery.

  • This refund policy only affect to purchase through our website. If you bought the item in any other point of sales please refer to them.
  • Refunds will only be returned to the original credit/debit card used.
  • Any unagreed return will not be accepted and/or refund.
  • We will proceed the refund after the items arrived, and they are inspected by our quality control department
  • If you request a refund but do not return the items to us within 10 working days of letting us know and once it is authorized, we won’t be able to make the refund.
  • If you do a return. We are not responsible for undelivered items.
  • It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations please contact us.

We will only be able to cancel your shipment was not sent, but if for any reason you need to cancel it, please send us an email to with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Delivery address

If your parcel has been sent you will need to cover the return cost and follow the return procedure of above.
